At Twenty4 7 Logistics, we strive to provide exceptional courier and logistics services to our customers. We understand that situations may arise where refunds are required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Service Delays: If your parcel is delayed beyond the agreed delivery timeframe due to issues within our control.
  • Lost Parcels: In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost during transit and cannot be recovered.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service request prior to parcel collection or dispatch.
  • Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is damaged during transit and insurance coverage applies.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following instances:

  • Uncontrollable Delays: Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, customs delays, or recipient unavailability.
  • Prohibited Items: Parcels containing prohibited or restricted items as per our shipping policy.
  • Incorrect Information: Incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the sender.

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1) Submit a Request

Provide your tracking number and the reason for your request.

2) Attach Documentation

Include supporting documents, such as:

  • Proof of damage
  • Proof of delay
  • Receipt of payment

3) Review Process

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4) Refund Approval

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are subject to verification of your claims and compliance with our terms of service.
  • For services involving third-party partners, refund claims may require additional processing time.

Ordered Tyres from Marketplace. They said would get courier to deliver. All put on a pallet and wrapped securely. Delivered the very next day by 10am. Fantastic speed and service. The courier was so professional and called to check address too. Brilliant and I will use again! Thankyou! Richard
